This policy explains what Cask & Foundry collects when you visit caskandfoundry.io or send us a project inquiry, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Details you send us. Our project form asks for your name, email address, the type of project, and a description of it. Your business name and budget are optional. If you email us instead, we receive whatever you include in your message.
Technical details. Like most websites, ours receives your IP address and browser information when you visit. We use these to run and protect the site, including limiting automated form submissions.
Usage information. Google Analytics tells us how the site is used, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived, whether the project form was submitted, and their general location and device type.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and talk with you about your project.
- To keep a record of inquiries and any work that follows.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
Cookies
The site sets a session cookie and a security cookie, which it needs to work and to protect the project form. In addition, Google Analytics sets cookies that help distinguish visitors and sessions.

Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and our business, or when the law requires it:

- Resend delivers the email alerts we receive when you submit the project form, including the details you entered, and the confirmation email we send to the address you provide.
- Our hosting and email providers store the site's data and our correspondence.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and related emails for as long as we need them to respond to you, carry out any work, and maintain our business records. Ask us at any time and we'll delete your inquiry, unless we need to keep it to meet a legal obligation.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. Email us and we'll respond as soon as we can.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
